Apex Minerals NL : Update on Share Consolidation

As of today Apex Minerals NL (ASX: AXM) (Apex or the Company)
advises that as a result of the
1:100 share consolidation its securities will be trading
temporarily under ASX codes AXMDA and
AXMODB as below:-
1. Commencing today 24 April 2012 the consolidation
process commences and the securities will trade under AXMDA
(ordinary) and AXMODB (options). The number of AXMDA and
AXMODB is on a consolidated basis.
2. AXMDA and AXMODB will trade on a deferred settlement
basis over the consolidation period.
3. On 7 May 2012 the securities will commence trading on a
normal settlement basis back under AXM and AXMO.
