ANNOUNCEMENT
Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of
Applied Development Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 12
December 2011 regarding the resignation of Mr. Lam Ka Wai
Graham ("Mr. Lam") as an independent non-executive director
of the Company. The Company would like to further elaborate
on the reasons for Mr. Lam's resignation, being that Mr. Lam
considers that as he is unable to devote enough time to the
Company, he has therefore tendered his resignation.
