Aqua Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of David Kralle as government relations specialist. In his new role, Kralle will be responsible for monitoring legislation and regulation that impacts the utility and working with elected and appointed officials to address any constituent concerns.

Kralle came to Aqua from Triad Strategies where he was associate lobbyist since 2013. At Triad, Kralle drafted legislation and represented clients before the state legislature, the governor’s administration, and state agencies as well as Philadelphia City Council and the mayor’s administration. Previously, he spent nearly seven years working for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, including time in the Office of the Speaker.

“David brings tremendous legislative and public policy experience to Aqua,” said Regulatory Counsel and Director of Public and Legislative Affairs Kimberly Joyce to whom Kralle reports. “His knowledge will enable us to serve both our customers and legislative community well.”

Kralle has a Master’s in Public Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in political science from Temple University. He is a registered lobbyist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the City of Philadelphia.
