Aqua America, Inc. (NYSE: WTR) announced that its first 2016 acquisition, completed by its Pennsylvania subsidiary, adds 3,868 customer connections from Superior Water Company, Inc. in southeastern Pennsylvania. Aqua’s purchase comprises five water systems that serve approximately 11,000 people in parts of Berks, Chester and Montgomery counties.
