ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH" or the "Company") (AIM: ARCH), the AIM-traded closed- end investment company, announces that Chris Gradel has, by a resolution of the Board, been removed as a director of the Company with effect from today. The reason for the Board's decision to remove Mr Gradel is the desire of the Board to be wholly independent from its manager, ARC Capital Partners Limited (the "Manager"). Mr. Gradel has indirect equity interest in the Manager . With Mr. Gradel's departure, all of the remaining directors of the Company are independent of its Manager.
