Archer Daniels Midland : ADM Animal Nutrition Hires Dr. Jose Charal as Technical Business Manager for Latin America

DECATUR, Ill., Dec. 20, 2016-ADM Animal Nutrition™, a division of Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM), is pleased to announce Dr. Jose Charal has joined the company as technical business manager in Latin America.
Dr. Charal comes to ADM with a wealth of experience in poultry and swine nutrition, animal health, husbandry, and metabolic and microbiological research. At ADM, Dr. Charal will oversee product development and sales of specialty ingredients to customers throughout parts of Latin America. He will also work closely with ADM product managers and marketing personnel to develop sales tools and communication tactics specific to the needs of customers in that region.
'We welcome Dr. Charal to ADM and to our offices in South America,' said Brent Fenton, president, ADM Animal Nutrition. 'His experience in animal science and nutritional program management will be integral in serving customers throughout that region.'
Dr. Charal has a master's degree in animal science from the University of Illinois and a doctorate from Louisiana State University. He will be based in Bogota, Colombia.
