CHICAGO, July 11, 2018- Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) today announced that Kristy Folkwein, senior vice president and chief information officer, was recognized by Constellation Research on its 2019 Business Transformation 150, an elite list of executives leading business transformation efforts around the globe.

'Since joining ADM in 2016, Kristy has done excellent work leading our 1ADM business-transformation initiative, which is helping advance our strategy through common processes, standardized technology and reliable data,' said ADM Chairman and CEO Juan Luciano. 'We are proud of her, and more importantly, we appreciate the great work she and her entire team are doing to drive our long-term efforts to win in the digital age.'

The 2019 Business Transformation 150 identities the world's most influential executives across a variety of industries. Nominations from peers, industry influencers, technology vendors and analysts powered the six-month selection process. Each executive on the list demonstrates an understanding of how the business environment is transforming in response to digital and exponential technologies, and these leaders are actively preparing their companies to excel during and after the transformation.

'As organizations seek growth amidst a punishing push for EBITDA, these leaders have not only made the business case for transformation but also took initiative to bring success to their organizations,' said R 'Ray' Wang, founder and CEO at Constellation Research. 'Traits of the BT150 winners include a passion for productive disruption, a willingness to pay it forward, a desire to break the status quo, and a strong ambition to apply exponential technologies to new business models.'

'This year's BT150 is a particularly intriguing list of digital leaders because so many of them have grappled in unique ways with the challenges of digital transformation, particularly in the realm of customer experience,' said Dion Hinchcliffe, vice president and principal analyst at Constellation Research. 'Their stories will help us understand the art of the possible as organizations journey into the digital future.'
