("Apivio" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:APV) is pleased to announce that Mr. Jason Donville, President & CEO of Donville Kent Asset Management Inc. ("DKAM"), has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2015.

Building on an illustrious career as an award-winning analyst and fund manager in Asia and Canada, Mr. Donville founded DKAM in 2007. He also launched the Donville Kent Capital Ideas Fund which was voted the best new hedge fund in Canada in 2009. It was selected by Morningstar Inc. as the Best Opportunistic Hedge Fund in Canada in 2013 and 2014 and won the 2015 Acquisition International Award for Best Opportunistic Hedge Fund in Canada.

Having served on numerous boards of publicly-listed companies, Mr. Donville currently is a Director of DKAM and Riverrock MIC. He graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in 1986 (B.A.) and the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University (M.B.A) in 1992.

Apivio also announces that Mr. Fred Di Blasio and Mr. Scott Edmonds have elected not to stand for reelection to the Board of Directors and thus ended their terms of service with Apivio as of today's meeting.
