Aroundtown Property Holdings plc (the "Company" or "Aroundtown") announces that it has applied for admission of its shares to trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and proceeds with all necessary actions for the successful completion of the said admission.

The board of directors of the Company believes that the uplisting will enhance the visibility of the Company's shares on the capital markets and will provide access to important indices. It further underscores the Company's positioning within the capital markets' best practice.

Currently, the Company's shares are listed on the Alternext segment of Euronext Paris and on the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The listing on the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be cancelled upon trading of the Company's shares on the regulated market.

Also, as of today, the board of directors of the Company has resolved to publish its quarterly report for the first quarter 2017 (Q1/2017) on June 7, 2017.
