The Company's trade centers are located in Kyiv, Simferopol, Zaporizhzhya and Krivyj Rig. The Company also owns title rights for approximately 14 hectares of development land. The Company's investment properties are located in Ukraine and the Republic of Crimea. Its properties include South Gallery shopping center with a total GLA of approximately 19,648 square meters located in Simferopol, and Prospect shopping center with GLA of approximately 30,448 square meters located in Kyiv.
