Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) today announced that Charles F. Kostalnick II has been named president of its global reverse logistics business, effective Aug. 1, 2016, succeeding Mark Majeske, who is retiring from the company. In his new role, Mr. Kostalnick will report to Cathy Morris, Arrow’s chief strategy officer.

Mr. Kostalnick brings more than 20 years of experience to this role, most recently serving as chief business officer and executive vice president for Sanmina Corporation. Previously, he held leadership roles at Avnet, Bell Micro and Arrow.
