The Company announces that the restricted award over 14,059 ordinary shares in the Company made to Zachary Lewy, PDMR and Founder and Group Chief Investment Officer, on 9 April 2015 under the Arrow Global Deferred Share Bonus Plan vested on 9 April 2018. The Company confirms that no consideration was payable by Zachary Lewy on the vesting of the award.
