Exercise of buy-out award
On 18 June 2018, Mr Cooper exercised the first of the buy-out awards to acquire 18,089 shares. Mr Cooper elected to self-fund the related income tax and National Insurance liabilities arising in connection with the exercise, which he must settle within seven business days of the 19 June 2018. On settlement of the liabilities, the 18,089 shares will be released to Mr Cooper and his resultant holding in the Company's share capital will be:
