The value of home orders in November was 1 percent lower
than in the same month of the previous year.
Orders of multi-dwelling homes increased, but orders of
unit homes decreased. Overall, orders were roughly on par
with the high level of a year earlier.
For the April to November period, the value of home
orders was 3 percent higher than in the same period of
the previous year, and for the October to November
period, it was 1 percent lower than in the same period of
the previous year.
