COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Plus size apparel brands Lane Bryant and Catherines are thrilled to announce that the brands have raised over $787K in donations to support Columbus-based Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Over the holiday season, Lane Bryant and Catherines worked to raise both donations and awareness for the hospital in support of Nationwide Children's mission of providing the highest quality care to all children and their families, regardless of ability to pay.

Both brands offered multiple opportunities for clients and associates to contribute to Nationwide Children's. An exclusive coupon book was available for purchase with a $5 donation, and clients were offered register round-up opportunities in stores.

Lane Bryant and Catherines corporate office associates also donated over 450 toys and gift cards through an office Wish List Tree program; gifts were delivered by associates to Nationwide Children's in mid-December.

Not only did Lane Bryant and Catherines offer opportunities for clients and associates to donate to Nationwide Children's, both brands sent a special "thank you" to the hospital. A special video series was shared across Lane Bryant and Catherines' social media and digital channels; each video starred an associate sharing his or her personal experiences with Nationwide Children's.
