Ascendas India : Amalgamation Involving Subsidiaries Of Ascendas India Trust

Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte. Ltd. ("APFT"), as Trustee-Manager of Ascendas India Trust ("a-iTrust"), wishes to announce that Ascendas IT SEZ (Chennai) Private Limited ("AITSC") and Cyber Pearl Information Technology Park Private Limited ("Cyber Pearl"), the wholly-owned subsidiaries of a-iTrust, have received approval from the High Court of Madras, India for the amalgamation of AITSC with Cyber Pearl ("the Amalgamation"). AITSC has accordingly been dissolved, with Cyber Pearl as the surviving entity.
The Amalgamation will facilitate operational efficiencies and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per unit and the net tangible assets per unit of a- iTrust for the current financial year ending 31 March 2016.
None of the directors of APFT or substantial unitholders of a-iTrust has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Amalgamation, save for their unitholders' interests in a-iTrust.
