Press Release Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte Ltd appoints CEO-Designate 24 April 2014, Singapore - Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte Ltd ("APFT"), the Trustee- Manager of Ascendas India Trust ("a-iTrust") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Sanjeev Dasgupta as CEO-Designate of APFT. Mr Dasgupta will succeed Mr Jonathan Yap as CEO of APFT on 11 July 2014, the day after a-iTrust's annual general meeting.

Mr Dasgupta, who joined APFT on 15 January 2014, has extensive experience in corporate finance and fund management. His last role before joining APFT was President of Real Estate at ICICI Venture, where he was responsible for real estate private equity investments.

Mr Yap will focus on his role as Ascendas Group's Assistant Group CEO, Overseas Funds and retain geographical oversight of its India businesses after stepping down as CEO of APFT. He will remain as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of APFT.
