Reference is made to the announcements of Asia Resources Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 6 June 2017, 29 June 2017, 13 July 2017 and 28 July 2017 (collectively, the "Announcements)" in relation to, among others, the major disposal in relation to the Disposal Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

As set out in the Announcements, the Circular containing, among others, (i) information regarding the Disposal Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder; (ii) financial information of the Group; and (iii) a notice convening the SGM, will be despatched by the Company to the Shareholders on or before 14 August 2017.

As additional time is required for the preparation and finalisation of certain information for inclusion in the Circular, it is expected that the despatch date of the Circular will be further postponed to a date on or before 28 August 2017.
