CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that for the purpose of ascertaining members' entitlement to attend and vote at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on Thursday, 16 June 2016 at 9:30 a.m. (the "AGM"), the register of members of Asia Satellite Telecommunications Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be closed from Friday, 10 June 2016 to Thursday, 16 June 2016 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of shares in the Company will be allowed. In order to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM, all share transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates, have to be lodged with the Company's share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 8 June 2016.
