Purpose
Sales of ASICS merchandise in Malaysia have in the past been conducted through ASICS Asia PTE LTD (Singapore) and sales through local retail agents have been growing. Establishing the local affiliate will allow ASICS to further bolster sales activities and expand local relations in order to increase sales of ASICS products in the region. The local affiliate will also be able to more closely manage marketing activities in Malaysia in order to build an even stronger brand.
