ASK Ukrrichflot : Range of Services at Dnipro River Port Expanded!

Due to fierce competition in the domestic and foreign markets, the company's success is impossible without the development and improvement of its assets. Aiming to effectively implement the objectives, to be a productive and economically attractive partner, Ukrrichflot JSSC is actively working to identify the most relevant areas and priority activities.

Thus, in July 2016, the range of services in terms of container packing in Dnipro River Port (DRP) was expanded. Now, a scheme of loading grains through the ground-level covered storage has been set at the DRP. The first batch of wheat in the amount of 1,000 tons was delivered, unloaded, and accumulated in the port covered warehouse. After formation of cargo consignment, the grain was loaded into containers by a special grain thrower. The average container loading capacity was 25.5 tons of cargo.

Today, Dnipro River Port provides services in loading grains into containers both through the facilities of its own elevator and by using the new system - through the ground-level covered storage.

The multifunctional transshipping container complex at DRP allows stuffing containers with various types of cargo, including grain and steel.
