SAN JOSE, CA and IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 20, 2015) - Bixby Land Company has completed the leasing for its 228,000-square-foot creative office campus in San Jose, Calif., leasing 92,842 square feet at 399 Trimble Road to ASML US, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASML). The Irvine, Calif.-based developer delivered the project in March 2014, and with its previous two-building lease to Verizon Corporate Services has now fully leased the project. Bixby's development was designed specifically for companies requiring a vibrant work environment to attract and retain top talent in Silicon Valley.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed. ASML US, Inc. was represented by Jeff Ramirez of Newmark Cornish & Carey, and Bixby Land Company was represented by Christian Marent, Rob Shannon and Vincent Scott of CBRE.

THE Campus is one of four major office parks developed by Bixby in Silicon Valley. Bixby delivered a highly acclaimed office campus renovation in Santa Clara, Calif. in May 2012, leasing the project immediately upon completion to Infoblox and garnering the Best Rehab/Reuse Award by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Bixby is also in development on a 405,000-square-foot project in Santa Clara. The firm has also completed a 165,000-square-foot office campus on River Oaks Parkway in San Jose that is now occupied by Nimble Storage.
