Appointment of Company Secretary
The Company is pleased to announce that Andrew
Magowan, General Counsel, will assume the role of
Company Secretary of ASOS from 27 April 2012.
Nick Beighton, previously Company Secretary of the
Company, will continue in his role as Finance
