At its Innovation Days, ASSA ABLOY Shared Technologies gives its employees the opportunity to dedicate a day and a half to free innovation, to improve an existing product or to learn more about something.
The events are held twice a year at its sites in Stockholm, Gurgaon and Kraków. All participants present their projects and vote for their favorite. The best ideas and presentations are awarded - and become real projects and future products.
'This day is fantastic, because it lets us employees be an actual part of defining where ASSA ABLOY should go,' says Adnan Yafi, UX Specialist at ASSA ABLOY Shared Technologies.
