Assystem : A new major player in the market for development services

Munich, 21st March 2017 - The engineering service providers Berner & Mattner and Assystem GmbH merge to become Assystem Germany GmbH. Their joint portfolio includes services and products in the fields of system engineering, development and testing of high-performance electronic and mechanical systems for the automotive, aerospace, industry and transportation sectors. The company is a part of the international Assystem Group.

Berner & Mattner Systemtechnik GmbH, which was previously taken over by the international Assystem Group in 2011, and Assystem GmbH have an excellent reputation as engineering service providers who can take on extensive and complex development projects. The merger means that Assystem Germany will now be able to bundle its resources of highly qualified staff and knowledge to undertake even larger and more complex projects. Moreover, administrative synergies are supposed to make the new company leaner and more efficient. As a brand, Assystem Germany wishes to become more visible in the highly competitive engineering market as a strong and attractive employer with outstanding development opportunities.
