AstanaGazServis AO (Astana Gas Service JSC) is a Kazakhstan-based company engaged in the oil and gas industry. It is involved in the realization of bottle-stored and container gas, as well as gas for motor vehicles. The Company has one wholly owned subsidiary, Tsentralnoye gazosnabzheniye goroda Astana TOO (Central gas supply of the city of Astana LLC), which provides repair and maintenance services in residential and communal general buildings and realizes the liquefied gases. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was GAZ SAUDA TOO, with a stake of 49%.
