RENOUNCEABLE NON-UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO
110,044,714 NEW ORDINARY SHARES (THE "RIGHTS
SHARES") IN THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF ASTI
HOLDINGS LIMITED (THE "COMPANY") AT AN ISSUE PRICE
OF S$0.05 FOR EACH RIGHTS SHARE (THE "ISSUE
PRICE"), ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) RIGHTS SHARE FOR EVERY
FIVE (5) EXISTING SHARES IN THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE
CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY HELD BY ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS AS AT
THE BOOKS CLOSURE DATE, FRACTIONAL ENTITLEMENTS TO BE
DISREGARDED (THE "RIGHTS ISSUE") - DESPATCH OF
OFFER INFORMATION STATEMENT
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall
bear the same meaning ascribed to them as in the offer
information statement dated 4 July 2012 issued by the Company
in relation to the Rights Issue (the "Offer Information
Statement").
Further to its announcement dated 4 July 2012 in relation to
the lodgment of the Offer Information Statement with the
Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Board of Directors of
the Company is pleased to announce that it has despatched the
Offer Information Statement to Entitled Shareholders on 5
July 2012, together with a copy of the Provisional Allotment
Letter (the "PAL") and the Application Form for
Rights Shares and Excess Rights Shares (the "ARE"),
as the case may be.
Entitled Shareholders who do not receive the Offer
Information Statement together with the PAL or ARE, as the
case may be, during the period up to the Closing Date, being
19 July 2012, may obtain the same from:-

Purchasers of the provisional allotments of Rights Shares or
"nil-paid" Rights (the "Purchasers") who do not receive the
Application Form for Rights Shares (the "ARS") and the Offer

Closing Date, obtain copies of the same from CDP (at the
address stated above).
EXPECTED TIMETABLE OF KEY EVENTS
Entitled Shareholders and Purchasers should take note of the
important dates and times in respect of the Rights Issue as
announced by the Company on 4 July 2012 and as disclosed in
the Offer Information Statement.
Entitled Shareholders who wish to sell their
"nil-paid" Rights and prospective Purchasers should
also note that trading in the "nil-paid" Rights
commenced at 9.00 a.m. on 5 July 2012 and will end at 5.00
p.m. on 13 July 2012.
