RECAP ON THE OCEANE BOND ISSUE UNDERWAY / SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OPEN UNTIL FEBRUARY 12, 2015

Atari is currently carrying out a €16,000,000.10 bond issue (the "Issue"), with preemptive subscription rights maintained, which may rise to €18,399,999.80, issuing 45,714,286 "OCEANE" bonds with an option to convert to and/or be exchanged for new shares, based on a par value of €0.35. This number may be increased to 52,571,428 OCEANE bonds if the extension clause is exercised in full (offering memorandum approved by the French securities regulator (AMF) under number 14-646). Seven preemptive subscription rights will entitle holders to subscribe for two OCEANE bonds.

The subscription period will run through to February 12, 2015. Potential investors are invited to contact their financial institution.

Paris, France - January 26, 2015. Atari S.A. is releasing its consolidated revenues for the third quarter (October 1 to December 31, 2014) of FY 2014-15, ending March 31, 2015.

For the nine months to December 31, 2014, revenues climbed to US$ 7.6 million, equivalent to €5.8 million, compared with US$ 2.3 million and €1.7 million for the same period the previous year. The Atari Group's consolidated revenues show a very significant growth.

Atari S.A. regained control of its American subsidiaries on December 24, 2013, since when they have been reconsolidated. The figure for revenues therefore includes the revenues recorded by these subsidiaries since this date when they were included in the scope again.

The main contributors are: RollerCoaster Tycoon Mobile, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, Test Drive Unlimited and Minimum.

  • "Alone in the Dark: Illumination", a multiplayer PC version will enable fans of this franchise around the world to rediscover the latest instalment in this series, in a frightening atmosphere;
  • Asteroids, a new space survival game, marking the return to PC, with an online and multiplayer version, of one of the most famous franchises in the history of video gaming; specific details for this game will be announced very soon;
  • Rollercoaster Tycoon World for PC (offline or online, solo or multiplayer), the eagerly awaited release of the high-end PC version of this bestseller, which was already one of the top-selling games in 2014 with its iOS and Android mobile version.
