Worldline announced today that it has joined the TOP 10 of the best ranked companies in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the Gaïa Index. The Gaïa Index enables investors to support their investment decisions on the basis of the extra financial maturity of intermediate size listed companies.

Worldline obtained a rating of 91/100, which positions the company in the 9 place among 230 assessed companies and in the 6th place on its industry. In 2015 Worldline was ranked 35th for its first rating on this index. This assessment demonstrates Worldline's high performance level and transparence on CSR topics related to governance, social and environmental aspects and on the CSR approach towards its external stakeholders.

Gilles Grapinet, Worldline Chief Executive Officer, highlights: 'Our Corporate Social Responsibility undertaking is an essential component of our overall strategy and Worldline aims to be at the leading edge on sustainability and on managerial best practices. We are really proud of this new acknowledgement through our inclusion in the Gaïa Index TOP 10. This result allows Worldline to confirm the solid anchoring of the CSR themes within our company, which we aim to develop even more through the launch of our new CSR program, TRUST 2020: Long-term trust at the heart of everything we do. Our CSR ambition is an ambition of progress for the entire company and represents a key success factor to build and develop a trusted relationship with all our stakeholders in the long run.'
