ATOS SE Proservia, a ManPowerGroup brand, has announced the acquisition of Atos' "Workplace & Service Desk" activity in France.
ManpowerGroup France, a leading workforce solutions expert and Atos, an international leader in digital services, have confirmed the acquisition of Atos Group's desk-side and end user support services in France by ManpowerGroup France French subsidiary, Proservia.
- Employees of Atos' Workplace & Service Desk Services will be joining Proservia from March 1, 2015, with a 3-year guarantee of employment.
- At the same time, Atos Infogérance and Proservia Workstation Services launch a business partnership for a minimum period of 5 years for the desk-side and end user support services in France.
ManpowerGroup France and Atos hereby announce the end of the discussions they held last semester.
To ManpowerGroup, this new operation is a major step forward in attaining its goal of diversifying its activities in France representing 10% of its revenue and turning the Proservia brand into a market leader in the sector of IT infrastructures managed services within a period of two years.
Atos will continue to offer its services while offering its clients support solutions at the "desk-side" bolstered by the capabilities of one of the best specialized players of the market.
Proservia thus moves forward in implementing its roadmap for industrial development, while favoring employment at the same time: with this new operation, and as of March 1, 2015, date at which the transfer of the activity will be effective and Atos' Workplace & Service Desk Services' 800 plus employees will join Proservia, its headcount will be brought to over 2400 employees.
