Disclosure according to Sec 93 para 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act

Jersey, 20 April 2015. Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("Atrium"), with its principal office in Jersey, hereby announces in accordance with Section 93 para 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act (Börsegesetz) that it has been notified by Brookfield Investment Management Inc. pursuant to Section

91 para 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act that it has reached and exceeded the threshold of 5% and holds, as of 17 April 2015, 18,813,421 shares each carrying one vote, which represents 5.01% of the voting rights of Atrium, on behalf of its institutional clients.
