Atrium European Real Estate : Notice and agenda - Intention to hold AGM

Jersey, 7 April 2017. Atrium European Real Estate Limited (VSE/Euronext: ATRS), ("Atrium" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), a leading owner, operator and redeveloper of shopping centres and retail real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, announces today that it will hold its annual general meeting ("AGM") at 10:00 a.m. (UK time) on Tuesday, 25 April

2017 at the offices of Atrium European Real Estate Limited on the 4th Floor of Channel House, Green

Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4UH, Channel Islands.

At this AGM the Company will seek approval from its Shareholders on the following matters:

1. receiving the Annual Accounts;

2. the re-election of Directors;

3. the re-appointment of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as auditors of the Company;

4. authorising the Directors to agree the auditors' remuneration;

5. conferring a limited authority on the Directors to buyback the Company's Shares;

6. conferring a limited authority on the Directors to issue Shares and/or securities convertible into Shares; and

7. adopting amended articles as the Articles of Association of the Company.
