When a company nurtures a deep bench of diverse talent, industry recognition usually follows. Four executives named to this year's Diversity MBA Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders list come from various backgrounds but have one thing in common. They are all from AT&T.

Jamie Barton issenior vice president of Sales and Service for AT&T Entertainment and Internet Services. Her group serves more than 26 million TV customers and nearly 16 million high speed Internet subscribers in the U.S. In Latin America, it serves more than 19 million TV customers.

Abhi Ingle is senior vice president of Big Data and Advanced Solutions. He is responsible for enterprise mobility, vertical industry, collaboration, Wi-Fi and Big Data solutions for business and government.

Laurent C. Therivel is senior vice president of Mobile and Business Solutions Strategy. He is responsible for setting long-term growth plans for the $110 million business unit.

Hardmon Williams III is vice president and general manager for North Texas. He is responsible for hundreds of company-owned stores, authorized agents and national retailers throughout the area. He also leads the marketing, network and sales efforts in his region.
