A Toute Vitesse SA (ATV) is a France-based company engaged in the provision of courier services. The Company transports various sizes of letters and parcels for small and medium-sized companies. ATV offers four types of services: the delivery of letters and parcels in Paris or Ile-de-France, via couriers on motorbikes, in cars or lorries; the provision of regular pick-ups and deliveries on pre-determined days and hours; the provision of specific distribution operations; and national and international messaging services. The Company has a fleet of 125 motorcycles, 102 cars and six trucks and it is also engaged in renting of its vehicles. It operates two wholly-owned subsidiaries, TZF SAS and Facilicar SNC.
