"Zeitgeist Symbiosis": Audi launches musical experiment in Berlin

Innovative event on the Teufelsberg in Berlin

Wayne Griffiths, Head of Sales Germany at AUDI AG:

"We wanted to create something new in terms of culture"

To be continued as a series in major cities

Berlin, 4 September 2015 - with the new "Zeitgeist Symbiosis" series of events, Audi is promoting dialogue with creative minds from various disciplines. At the launch on Thursday evening, musician Chilly Gonzales and producer and DJ Boys Noize performed together live as "Octave Minds" in front of around 200 invited guests. Well known show director Brendan Shelper and lighting designer Chris Moylan presented the show on the Teufelsberg in Berlin.

Audi has launched a new event series called Zeitgeist Symbiosis that provides a platform for creative experiments and dialogue. Wayne Griffiths, Head of Sales Germany at AUDI AG, says of the launch evening: "We wanted to create something new in terms of culture - this has worked really well."
Zeitgeist Symbiosis aims to be a catalyst for cultural innovation - and for Audi, its initiator, this does not mean focusing on the field of music alone. The format is set to go on tour shortly to various major cities - adapted in each case to the local cultural and social situation.
