Delisting of AusNet Services Ltd from the SGX-ST and confirmation of delisting date

AusNet Services Ltd (AusNet Services) has previously announced its intention to voluntarily delist from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) (theDelisting).

Full details of the Delisting have been provided to shareholders who hold AusNet Services shares deposited with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited and traded on the SGX-ST (AusNet Services SGX Shares) in the letters dated 2 May 2018 and 28 May 2018 previously lodged with ASX and SGX-ST.

Confirmation of Delisting from the SGX-ST

AusNet Services confirms it will be delisted from the SGX-ST with effect from 9:00am (Singapore time) on 16 July 2018.

The Share Sale Facility has been completed and remaining shareholders with AusNet Services SGX Shares as at 16 July 2018 will have their holdings transferred to the Australian register on 17 July 2018. An issuer-sponsored holding statement will be sent by Computershare to remaining shareholders on or around 19 July 2018. Further details on trading shares on ASX are set out in the Offer Booklet lodged with ASX and SGX-ST on 28 May 2018.
