References are made to the circular of the annual general meeting (the "AGM") and the announcement in respect of the poll results of the AGM of Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd (the "Company") dated 21 April 2017 and 1 June 2017 respectively.

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the resolution to declare a final cash dividend of HK$0.05 per share of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the "Final Dividend") was approved by the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") at the AGM convened on 1 June 2017. The Final Dividend is expected to be paid on or about 20 July 2017 to the Shareholders on the register of members of the Company on 11 July 2017.
