Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited - DEFERRED SETTLEMENT TRADING - Capital Notes 3
On 23 January 2015, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ("ANZ") announced an offer of capital notes ("Capital Notes 3"). Please refer to the Replacement Prospectus dated 5 February 2015 for information regarding the terms of issue of the Capital Notes 3.
DEFERRED SETTLEMENT TRADING
It is expected that the Capital Notes 3 will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 12pm AEDT on Friday,
6 March 2015 (ASX Code: ANZPF).
The indicative timetable is as follows.
