Results of Voting
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Australian Agricultural Company Limited (AACo) was held on Wednesday 23 August 2017, at the Darwin Convention Centre
The results of the meeting are below:
Item 2: Adoption of the Remuneration Report - ordinary resolution passed. Item 3: Mr Stuart Black was elected as a Director of AACo.
Item 4: Dr Shehan Dissanayake was elected as a Director of AACo. Item 5: Mr Anthony Abraham was elected as a Director of AACo.
Item 6: The maximum aggregate annual amount payable to AACo's Non-executive Directors is increased to $1,250,000 per annum.
Proxy vote information required by Section 251AA (2) of the Corporations Act 2001 in respect of each resolution is set out in the attached proxy summary.
