Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Automated Systems Holdings Limited dated 19th December 2016 in relation to, among others, the proposed acquisition of Grid Dynamics International, Inc., and the announcement of the Company dated 6th February 2017 in relation to the delay in despatch of the Circular (the "Delay in Despatch Announcement"). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless stated otherwise.

As mentioned in the Delay in Despatch Announcement, it was expected that the Circular would be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 24th February 2017. As additional time is required for the Company to finalise certain information for inclusion in the Circular, it is expected that the despatch of the Circular will be further delayed to a date on or before 15th March 2017.
