HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL--(Marketwired - Oct 1, 2014) - CDK Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDK) was officially spun off from Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP) on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. The newly independent company begins trading as a member of the S&P MidCap 400 Index.
