Act 71 of 2008 ('the Act') and Para 3.83 (b) of the JSE

Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby

advised that Aveng has received formal notification on

Wednesday, 21 December 2016, that Public Investment

Corporation SOC Ltd have acquired an interest in the

ordinary shares of Aveng, such that the total interest in

the ordinary shares of Aveng held by Public Investment

Corporation now amounts to 10,279% of the total issued

ordinary shares of Aveng.
