BAA Simulators UAB, an indirectly controlled subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group AB, has acquired 100% of participation interest in a limited liability company DNIPROTRANSLOGISTYKA established and operating in Ukraine. The closing price will be determined within a week, however it is anticipated it will not exceed USD 4,000,000. Acquired company is involved in transport lease and to be further developed by Baltic Ground Services UAB, a direct subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group AB.
