AK Bohdan Motors PAT (Avtomobil?na Kompaniia Bohdan Motors PAT or Automobile Company Bogdan Motors PJSC) is a Ukraine-based company that specializes in the production of passenger cars, busses, trolleybuses, as well as such special-purpose vehicles as trailers, ambulances, vans and cranes of various modifications, among others. It is also engaged in the assembly of such cars as LADA, Hyundai Tucson, Elantra XD, Accent, Kia, Subaru and Isuzu, among others. The Company's production facilities are located in Lutsk, Cherkassy and in the Republic of Crimea. In addition, it operates through 37 branches. The Company provides also maintenance, warranty and post-warranty service of vehicles. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's major shareholder was SV Motors Ltd with a stake of 28.95%.
