This is to inform that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting, held in ordinary session on 24 April 2018 in single call, are available to the public at the Company's registered office, Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the authorized storage system "eMarket STORAGE" atwww.emarketstorage.com and on the Company's website atwww.azimut-group.com ("Investor Relations/ General Meetings / 2018").
