Press release:
Baader Bank continues to grow and becomes the counterparty and depositary bank of online platform of United Signals

Unterschleissheim, 1 August 2017: Baader Bank will be the account-holding and depository bank for United Signal's established platform, which offers digital asset management solutions for asset managers, banks and other professional financial services providers in white labelling. Customers will receive tailor-made solutions to establish their individual digital online asset management. The bank is thus further expanding its position as a leading service provider for digital asset managers. In July 2017, the volume of securities accounts was over EUR 2.2 billion, which constitutes double the previous year's period. The number of customer deposits increased from around 4,200 to 10,500 in the same period. Finally, the annual "Open Door Day" event for asset managers as well as also the asset management forum as part of the Baader Investment Conference contributes to Baader Bank's established position in the market.

After Scalable, Investify, and Solidvest, United Signals offers a digital platform for traditional asset managers to establish efficient and low-cost online asset management. In German Capital Management AG (GECAM), United Signals has already acquired the leading asset manager in Germany as a partner who will use this opportunity successfully to manage its existing customer base and significantly expand its core business.

"We are delighted to be able to support United Signals' innovative online platform solution," said Oliver Riedel, Member of the Baader Bank Board of Management. "The cooperation strengthens the expansion of the Banking Services business segment and is of great strategic importance to Baader Bank. We offer the entire product range as a modern service provider for classical and digital asset managers and want to continue to grow strongly in the securities account business," added Mr Riedel.

Daniel Schaefer, Chairman of the Board of United Signals GmbH, says: "With our highly scalable platform technology, we are closing a gap in the market and are happy to do so with our partner Baader Bank. As an investment bank with a full banking licence, a focus on securities trading and as a technology leader for digital banking services, Baader Bank is the ideal bank for our account-holding/depositary business.
