Balfour Beatty's National Framework Director, Philip Wright, was featured in Highways Magazine this week discussing the benefits of utilising Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) when delivering complex infrastructure schemes at the heart of local communities.

Philip discusses the importance of all stakeholders working together to agree outcomes, ensure the transparency of information and deliver value for money against the backdrop of fiscal restraint and uncertainty about the post-EU landscape.
