Banca Generali: Documents on the plan for the merger of BG Fiduciaria SIM S.p.A. into Banca Generali S.p.A. published
Milan, 8 September 2017 - This is to announce that today the plan for the merger of BG Fiduciaria SIM S.p.A. into Banca Generali S.p.A. has been made available to the public, together with the documents required by Article 2501-septies of the Italian Civil Code, including the Authorisation issued by the Bank of Italy.
The above-mentioned documents have been filed with the registered offices of the companies involved in the merger in Trieste, Via Machiavelli 4, at the operating offices of Banca Generali and BG Fiduciaria in Milan, Via Ugo Bassi 6, on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) and the authorised storage mechanism www.emarketstorage.com. They have also been published on the website of Banca Generali at www.bancagenerali.com in the section Investor Relations/Acquisitions and Divestments.
