BANCA GENERALI S.P.A. Change in share capital
Trieste, 21 July 2017 - This is to inform that the fully paid-up and subscribed share capital of Banca Generali has been increased to 116,851,637.00 euros.
Today, certification of the completion of a phase of the Company's share capital increase, as part of the Stock Option Plan for Financial Advisors and Network Managers of Banca Generali S.p.A., has been formally filed with the Registar of Companies of Trieste.
Accordingly, as reported in the following table, the Company's share capital is composed of 116,851,637 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 1.00 euro.
