Milan, 17 June 2016 - Banca Generali announces that, as part of authorisation appro ed by the
Shareholders' Meeting held on
21 April 2016, it has bought since 15/ 06/2016 to 17/06/2016
included, 29,551 treasury shares at the average price of € 2 .047 per share, for a total amount of about € 592,402 thousand.
